June 4, 2023 It was a Sunday! And it was the opening day of the Kuju Mountain Range! So, the Kuju Mountain Range was bustling with climbers. Hoping to avoid the opening day traffic, I wandered around from Makinoto Pass, but it was even busier than I expected, with more climbers than I expected. On my Sunday walk through Kuju, I was greeted and chatted with many of my followers. I had the most wonderful day in my beloved Kuju. I also had the pleasure of reuniting with my mountaineering friend, YouTuber Anzai, for the first time in about a year. (*^-^*) Although I wasn't able to participate in the opening day festivities (at Mt. Ofuna and Hokkein Onsen Sanso), it was a truly wonderful and happy day for me.
