40 Лет Победы (Tashkent, Uzbekistan)

This is where i grew up, where I went to school, where I had the best childhood possible. We didn’t have much, but we had happiness, love, friendship, a sense of community and belonging. Drinking fresh water from the garden hose when you were thirsty after running around was all you needed to be happy and enjoy life. Those were the happiest moments of my life. Visiting this place has released those warm and pleasant emotions that were dormant for so many years.
