In this video, you can see professional pruners working in the heart of the olive grove, racing against the clock to achieve the best possible pruning. Each contestant has 30 minutes to prune two olive trees, demonstrating their technique, experience, and speed with the chainsaw. Olive tree pruning is not just about cutting branches: it's about balancing the tree, improving olive production, and respecting the tree's structure. During the competition, you can see how each pruner has their own pruning style, their way of moving around the olive tree, and their strategy for making the most of the available time.
