Pec Surgery Rehab Journey

On June 9th 2026, I suffered a serious Pec Major rupture at the Musculotendinous Junction that required surgery asap in the hopes of restoring it to full function and physical capacity. I thought this would be a great place to document my journey and give first hand insight and feedback to those that have also had injuries. Many would deem these events as the end of their lifting career, but I believe this is simple an extended intermission and the best is yet to come. I'm excited to get started and a warm welcome to all those who join me on the way!
