Led by junior Sheddrick Murrell, sophomore Chester Surles and 6-7 freshman Terrance Roberson, top-ranked Saginaw Buena Vista rolled to the Class B title, 54-44, over Grandville Calvin Christian. Buena Vista missed 12 of its first 13 shots, but bounced back to a 27-22 lead at the half. Murrell finished with 24 for the winners.
