This video shows the step-by-step process of manufacturing a power transformer in a Pakistani factory, from forming the insulation, winding the copper wire using a rotary machine, assembling the iron core, to installing the active part into the tank. In this manufacturing process, Pakistani workers use a winding machine to wind the conductor, a core binding tool to keep the iron structure tight, a gas welder to lock the frame, and a spray gun for the final painting. Transformer oil is then added as a coolant and electrical insulator to prevent the coil from overheating easily during operation.
