Médiation transformative - simulation d'une séance

Educational video highlighting the mediator's low-profile stance and non-directive techniques, according to the transformative approach. Note: This video was recorded as part of the certification process; validated as generally conforming to this model, the mediator's performance includes many elements characteristic of the transformative stance and interventions, but also various shortcomings or "imperfections" (see the mediator's self-critique in the comments). The mediator facilitates a free and open conversation between the two participants, remaining attentive to signs of their destabilization and their closed-off attitude towards the other. The mediator guides them in transforming their conflictual interaction as they generate and accumulate empowerment (regained lucidity, clarity, decision-making capacity, self-affirmation, autonomy, etc.) and recognition (openness to the other and their different feelings and perspectives).
