Fresh river fish, tender mutton, light spices, and warm rice. It honestly felt more like eating at someone’s house than at a restaurant. Next, we headed to Anondo Pathshala for their food festival, where parents brought homemade dishes. Bhorta, dal, shrimp, veggies, chicken and so many different items. It basically felt like a full Bengali buffet made with real care. To wrap up the day, we tried a street-style, wood-fired pizza at Pach Rastar Mor, Kushtia.
