岩手県・気仙川での美アユ釣り～もっと釣りたかった、撮りたかった、食べたかった！！

The Kesen River, which flows through southern Iwate Prefecture, is well known as a famous sweetfish river. It's a hugely popular river, known for its large number of wild sweetfish, their large growth rates, beautiful appearance, and exquisite taste. I ventured out to this legendary river for the first time and cast my rod. The water level had dropped by nearly one meter, so the flow wasn't as beautiful as I'd imagined, but there were plenty of sweetfish, just as I'd heard, and I thought I'd be able to catch quite a few. Unfortunately, perhaps because the sweetfish were wary, I didn't catch as many as I'd hoped. Still, experiencing their strong pull and beautiful body coloring made me want to cast my rod again next year.
