First and foremost, I would just like to acknowledge the first peoples of this country that I speak upon in this case that is the Gubbi Gubbi peoples of SE QLD. I acknowledge and honor all the complexity, history and relationships shared between this beautiful plant and Traditional peoples to this day. Allowing the continuance of knowledge that allows me to share this. The common name for this beautiful plant is Pigface or in Latin terminology it is called Carprobrotus glaucescens. Now I couldn't even tell you the amount of times I have shot and rest of for this plant.haha. crowds at beaches, kids being restless, so full of distractions but we got somewhere in the end, kinda. haha. Now I may not have made clear in this video that this is good for a minor burn remedy so that could be both sun burn or other types (I have not tried that yet), but it is definitely a mucilagenous,cooling and soothing plant with antiseptic properties so it makes sense why it would work well. Note: I just wish to remind peeps that if you are not 100% sure of the plant just observe for the time being and take a clear photo record, notes and show someone who will know. Do not consume. And if you do know the plant as I tried to make clear in the video, please protect the plant and be conscious toward it's ongoing living and all the other beings that rely upon it being there. cheers.
