La semaine verte | Climat déréglé!
Quebec is facing increasing climate challenges. Farmers saw their fields rot this summer. Last year, drought and water shortages were a real headache for market gardeners. Producing the food that feeds us is therefore doubly complex. Scientists are working hard to find solutions to farmers' water problems and improve the quality of the water they use. One proposal: implement a process to capture runoff and rainwater from building roofs. The water could then reinfiltrate and recharge the water table.
