Jalsa Cares - 2026

To give back to the city of Richmond, VA, over 50 volunteers from the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, including the Ahmadiyya Muslim youth association and Pan-African Ahmadiyya Muslim Association, took time out to take part in the 4th annual 'Jalsa Cares' initiative. This initiative aims to spread the true teachings of Islam through hands on community service. The event was held indoors this year at the Richmond ToolBank where volunteers build wooden park benches to be donated to the city. The event took place on July 2, 2026 with support of Hon. Danny Avula, Mayor of Richmond, RVA Community Fridges, American Red Cross and Richmond Fire Department.
