I Flew Over One of France’s Most Beautiful Coastlines | Paragliding in Normandy

Un long vol en soaring le long de la côte, dans un cadre vraiment magnifique, entre Écalgrain et les alentours de Jobourg. L’objectif était simple : profiter des conditions, rester propre dans le pilotage, et filmer l’un des plus beaux spots de Normandie vu du ciel. Lieu : Baie d’Écalgrain, Normandie, France Aile : Gin Bolero 5 Durée du vol : 01:52:36 Distance : 40,59 km Gain / uplift cumulé : 3000 m Note importante : Au moment du vol, le survol du Nez de Jobourg était interdit, notamment la zone de protection du biotope de la falaise de Jobourg. Une zone de ball-trap orientée vers la mer était également active sur la droite. Le vol a donc été réalisé en tenant compte des restrictions locales et des zones à éviter. Cette vidéo montre mon expérience personnelle de vol et ne remplace pas une analyse météo, aérologique ou réglementaire. En parapente, chaque vol dépend des conditions du jour, du niveau du pilote, du matériel et des règles locales en vigueur. The goal was simple: enjoy the conditions, fly cleanly, and capture the coastline from above. Location: Baie d’Écalgrain, Normandy, France Glider: Gin Bolero 5 Flight duration: 01:52:36 Distance: 40.59 km Total uplift / altitude gain: 3000 m Important note: At the time of the flight, flying over the Nez de Jobourg area was prohibited, including the protected biotope area of the Jobourg cliffs. There was also an active sea-facing clay pigeon shooting area on the right side. The flight was therefore carried out while taking local restrictions and no-fly areas into account.
