10 Minute BJJ Morning Mobility Routine (FOLLOW ALONG) In this video, I take you through my personal morning mobility routine that I personally do every morning to stay limber for BJJ. It only takes about 10 minutes and it pairs well with some foam rolling or other tissue release. This mobility routine specifically targets the lower body and perfectly compliments BJJ training as it releases lower body tension built up from BJJ. The bulk of this routine was heavily influenced and adapted from the work of Kelly Starrett, the author of the best-selling book "Becoming a Supple Leopard" and the creator of "The Ready State".
