Top Eric Adams adviser arrested by FBI in alleged bribery scheme
Frank Carone, former chief of staff to New York City Mayor Eric Adams, has been arrested by the FBI in connection with an alleged bribery-related scheme. According to the indictment, Carone and three others, including his brother, allegedly accepted more than $100,000 in bribes in exchange for steering a contract for an emergency shelter for migrants to a hotel in Queens. NBC New York's Jonathan Dienst reports.
