Visiting The Energetic City | Fort Saint John, British Columbia
Today, we're heading to Fort St John, British Columbia, Canada. Also known as the Energetic City. The city is surrounded by multiple energy generating plants that supply oil and gas, as well as electricity to the city. It is the Capital of the peace river region, and borders the mighty Peace River. There is also a hydroelectric dam under construction upstream. The video includes clips from my work trip there on the last week of April, 2022. There is also a big snowstorm happening, and I saw multiple trucks getting stuck in the ditch. Video includes a visit to the Sports Center, a walk through downtown, and the Audelicious Restaurant.
