Karate Concept: Structures
This week we wanted to talk about the idea of creating angled or rounded structures with your body rather than straight ones. Much like a rock in the middle of a creek, the water is forced to flow around the object rather than meet it head on. We are a group on a mission to return Karate to its roots through the use of Kata as self-defense.
