A summary of the series "Cranberry Sherbet": Kızılçim (Evrim Alasya), an educated, realistic, and modern woman, remained true to herself after her divorce and raised her two daughters according to her values. Her younger daughter, Çimen, is still in high school, and her eldest daughter, Doga (Sila Türkoğlu), is studying dentistry at university. Kızılçim's only wish is for her children to succeed and be happy in the future. She is deeply disappointed when Doga marries her boyfriend during her first year of university, and is truly shocked when she meets her daughter's husband's family. Doga's husband, Fatih (Doğukan Güngör), comes from a conservative family. Kızılçim believes her daughter won't be able to get along in such an unusual family. Doga, however, believes their love will overcome all differences. "Kyzyldzhik Sherbeti" is a love story between two families who share the same beliefs but different ways of life.
