European Accessibility Act After 1 Year: how easy it is to find information

One year ago, on 28 June 2025, the European Accessibility Act (EAA) became applicable across the European Union. Link to my free webinar on June 30:   / 7476333955852472320   I wanted to find an answer to a simple question: what actually has happened during the first year and what were practical results of EAA? I started looking for: Official milestones and progress reports Statistics on implementation Companies that have been fined Enforcement actions across EU Member States Success stories and measurable impact Surprisingly, I couldn't find a single official EU source that brings all of this information together. Instead, I found plenty of articles explaining what the European Accessibility Act is, while information about its real-world implementation remains scattered across national authorities, legal publications, and consulting firms. In this video, I walk through my search process in real time, showing where I looked, what I found, and, perhaps more importantly, what I didn't find. If you've found reliable official resources tracking the implementation or enforcement of the European Accessibility Act, I'd love to hear about them in the comments. Useful resources: 1.
