Action camera is rad, but I've found it's not for me. So I got used to using the right stick for mouse movement and actually camera rotation with R3 aka. Pushing the stick in to the controller, (or an elite controller trigger if you have one) mapped to left mouse select and with the option in the GW2 menu "use either button to rotate the camera" selected! | Sorry for the wall of text.
