Hello everyone, in this video I'm sharing some simple problems I encountered with my Togg T10F and my disappointing experience at the Gemlik service center where I went to fix them. I travelled almost 400 km just for a service appointment, but the result was a complete fiasco. I left my car at the service center with the following complaints: Bluetooth Connection Problem: Media cannot be played (The service center initially blamed my phone being Android, but it didn't work even when they tried with an iPhone). License Plate Illumination: Despite reporting that it wasn't working, they said "we checked, it was working" and didn't do anything about it, then they turned me away saying "we need to order the part". Driver's Seat Sagging: Despite a noticeable sagging in the seat, they said "there's no problem". Rear Door Closing Problem: I was told this problem was fixed, and that was indeed the only thing that improved. Despite waiting at the service center from morning till evening, it was disappointing to see that the problems persisted in my vehicle, which was returned with the assurance that the issue had been "fixed." Is this level of after-sales support acceptable for a domestic and national brand like Togg?
