This is a scene from the movie "In The Loop" by Armando Iannucci Probably no one will laugh as hard as I did at the final 30 seconds of this clip.. but the dialogue was totally unexpected from this character, and the delivery was brilliant. Simon is the Secretary of State for International Development in the United Kingdom. He is meeting with Karen, the Secretary of State for Diplomacy in the United States. Karen's assistant Liza is there, but Simon's assistant Toby is not, having overslept following a drunken affair the previous night with Liza. The clip begins with Toby waking up to realize he is late to the important meeting. Sorry about the subtitles..
