Smashed roasted pumpkin bruschetta Makes 4 Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes Ingredients: 200g roasted pumpkin 100g feta cheese 4 slices of bacon 4 slices of bread Salt Pepper Handful of chives, finely chopped Method: Rub the bread with garlic then place the bacon and bread under a hot grill.
