How to Make Custom Reward & Loyalty Cards | Mutoh XpertJet 661UF Here is another way to make money with your Mutoh XpertJet 661UF. We are printing loyalty cards like you would use for a gym or restaurants or anywhere that you can collect points. In this video we created generic rewards cards but with the Compress RIP Software. This software also makes it easier if we wanted to do variable data and have these barcodes act as unique identifiers. We did something a little unique for this project. If you don't have a jig for the item you are printing on. You can make one! If we were to stick all these cards on the sticky uv mat it would be hard to get them uniform and it would also be time consuming to remove them. So we printing layers of ink, to make a raised bed for each card. We've also included open corners for easy removal. This is using the same technology as braille printing.
