The tier list spans a whopping 444 enemies and serves as a fun way to gauge how meaningful every enemy is when playing. Enemies are loosely qualified as entities that have HP and can be targeted by the player. There are some exceptions to the rule, however. What criteria are used to determine an enemy's tier? 1: Appeal. Is the enemy interesting, does fighting it create interesting gameplay? Does the enemy interact well with its surroundings? 2: Value. Does the enemy reward the player thoroughly or meaningfully for killing it? Is there a unique drop the enemy provides? 3: Impact. Is the enemy undeniably meaningful to Terraria?
