Shipwreck Casserole Recipe Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1 package mac & cheese 1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained 1 1/2 cups milk 1 cup frozen peas 1 cup frozen corn 1 teaspoon seasoning salt and/or salt and pepper to taste 1 cup shredded Colby cheese, divided Directions: 1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain. 2. Add the pasta, cheese mix, tomatoes, milk, peas, corn, and seasoning to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes. (TIP- Stir well halfway through cook time) 3. Remove from heat and stir in half of the shredded cheese until melted. Transfer mixture to serving dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. ENJOY!!
