Mezcal is an incredible Mexican Spirit made from Agave and by far my favorite spirit. Mexico is usually known for its Tequila but not many people know that Tequila is actually a type of Mezcal. You can think of Tequila and Mezcal as being like siblings. Mezcal vs Tequila is always a fun concept to explore as they are quite similar, but definitely are not the same thing.
