Heel Toe bass drum technique and settings

Here is a heel toe video explaining my settings and technique. I am using my Axis AL-2 longboards in this video To trigger I am using a Roland TM-2 and for sounds I am using BFD3 to get my bass drum samples. This is also called bass drum double strokes and is good for playing fast metal or death metal. I have Axis A21 laser bass drum pedals now and can do it on them as well. Long board pedals work best, I use it with a Roland TM-2 and trigger to my mixer and monitor. I keep my bass drum head tension pretty tight and my pedal settings loose.
