My Disability Services Were Delayed… Here’s What Happened

I never expected to start my new Self-Directed Services (SDS) plan year by seeing the message: “There is no active authorization for this account.” In this video, I share what happened when my disability services authorization was delayed, how it affected my Personal Assistants, and what I learned while advocating for a resolution.
