Full Body Fitness for lung disease
Exercise is important for everyone, especially those living with a chronic lung condition like COPD, because it actually helps you feel less short of breath over time. We’ve designed this low-intensity fitness class that people of all ages and abilities can do – including those living with a chronic lung or cardiac condition. Some important things to remember: You don’t have to do the entire workout at once – go at your own pace. And, if you begin to feel short of breath, slow down or even sit down to regain your breath. With that – grab your water and let’s get started.
