PSO2 All Launcher Photon Arts (2019)

Every video showcasing photon arts is quite old so I decided to make some current ones. Enjoy. Note: This video was made on the Japanese version of the game using an English patch before the release of the western version. The items used may not be in the official western release yet and the names of the Photon Arts may differ. I haven't played the official english release so i'm sorry in advance if I can't answer your questions about it.
