Testing 10 inch PGO Big Max Wheel on Baotian City Fork 12 inch wheel

Will a PGO BIG MAX wheel with big tire fit on a Baotian City Fork (made for 12 inch wheel). PGO wheel 10 inch, rim 3.5x10 including tire. Bought on Tradera for 100 SEK, had been out for a long time and had expensive shipping. But we agreed that I could take "pickup", so then it was cheap. 12 mm axle / shaft. Brake disc 155mm on PGO 180 or 190mm on Baotian City wheel.
