In today's video, we talked about the "annual salary + performance-based bonus" formula, which is often seen in professional baseball contract renewals. What is performance-based bonus? How much do you get? What are the conditions? I've shared what I know. Profile Sports Mental Coach Takahiro Imanami Born July 6, 1984. Originally from Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. After attending Heian High School (now Ryukoku University Heian High School) and Meiji University, he joined the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters in 2007. He transferred to the Tokyo Yakult Swallows in 2014. In 2017, he decided to retire from active play due to the effects of his chronic condition, hypothyroidism. Currently, as a sports mental coach, he draws on his own experiences with injuries and illnesses as a player to help athletes resolve their mental health issues and achieve better results. ■Sports Mental Coach Takahiro Imanami's Official Website https://mowa-smc.com/ ■Twitter   / nami4559   ■Tik Tok   / imanami_mowa   #TakahiroImanami #SportsMentalCoach #ProfessionalBaseball #ImanamiClass
