Once a Cheater, Always a Cheater

The plaintiff started dating the defendant after they met online. However, the plaintiff soon caught the defendant cheating, but she forgave him, and he moved in with her. Unfortunately, the defendant still couldn’t be faithful, and the plaintiff says she kicked him out. The plaintiff says she loaned her ex some money to get a new place, but he hasn’t paid her back, so she’s suing. The defendant admits he cheated on the plaintiff before moving in with her, but he insists he was faithful after they started living together.
