Hi everyone! After a six-week winter closure, Plopsaland Belgium reopened on Saturday, February 14, 2026. Just before opening, Plopsaland announced that Plop's Woods had undergone a thorough refurbishment during the winter closure. The iconic classic had been the subject of discussion for several years because it was outdated and in urgent need of renovation. This renovation has now been completed with a thorough refurbishment that includes lots of fun and new elements! For example, all the gnomes have been given a makeover with new clothes, new decorative plants have been added, the technology has been thoroughly updated so that all the gnomes move more smoothly, and lots of new elements have been added to the scenery! We think it was well worth the effort and are very happy that this iconic attraction will not have to close, but is now completely ready to go for a few more years!
