I don't know what to say about this one. When you put a product out into the market, there is a responsibility to actually understand your own product rather than fob you off. In this case Verve Cycling's infocrank was a joke. They didn't seem to understand the problem and then referred me to Praxis. I'm not sure how this tin shed outfit has so many users. It was a simple question and a relatively simple thing to fix.
