Stiffing a Printer
The plaintiff says the defendant ordered 15,000 copies of little booklets that he leaves at stores and pharmacies. But when it came time to pay his bill, he stiffed him. He’s suing for the money he’s owed. The defendant says the overall look of the printing job wasn’t good and the quality was terrible. He also claims the plaintiff didn’t deliver the booklets on time and failed to meet the terms of their agreement, so he refuses to pay. He is countersuing the plaintiff for failing to complete the job on time and for displaying inappropriate and violent behavior.
