Fixing Clutch Issues - Virago 250/V-Star 250 (XV250)

Today I'm fixing a clutch issue on my Virago 250 (xv250). The problem was that when I bought the project bike, it didn't go into first gear. So I had to dig deeper and find out the cause. So I opened the engine and had a closer look. It was the shit lever. The teeth were not lined up correctly with its counter part on the opposite side. It's a simple fix if this happens to you. My theory on cause is that someone opened the engine in the past to do some work and moved the shift lever outward and teeth went out of place.
