Freshly made Mofongo and roasted chicken at this Puerto Rican restaurant in NJ

La Cocina located 5010 Westfield ave. Pennsauken, NJ specializes in Puerto Rican cuisine such as their best selling Mofongo, In-house roasted chicken and many more. Just like most Latin spots as soon as you walk in their is a buffet of meats and rice to choose from if you're looking to grab and go. There are plenty of seating if you wish to dine in as well. We were served freshly made seafood mofongo which was off the chain. We highly recommend getting mofongo with fried cheese. You can't go wrong the Oxtails which was super tender and flavorful. The roasted chicken would be something I would get on a regular. Pair up the chicken with some yellow rice and you have yourself a winner. Great service and great food at La Cocina. Give them a shot!
