How to make Rosé Wine Jelly | Kylie Minogue Wine Jelly

Kylie Minogue Wine Jelly. How to make wine jelly. I used Kylie Minogue's wine for this jelly, but you can use whatever wine that you want, or even a non alcoholic drink. This recipe follows Nigella Lawson's method of using sheets of platinum gelatin leaves which makes a clear jelly. Please let me know in the comments below👇 if you've ever made a wine jelly. 🍷🌹 1 bottle of Rosé (750ml) 1/2 cup (115 grams) caster sugar 7 sheets of leaf gelatin (platinum) In a medium sauce pan add the sugar and half of the bottle of wine. Reserving the other half provides more flavor, but you can warm through the entire bottle if you want. Over medium-low heat dissolve the sugar and warm the wine. It doesn't need to boil only warm through. In a shallow dish cover 7 sheets of leaf gelatin with cold water. Enough to fully cover the gelatin and allow them to hydrate. This will take about 10 minutes. Squeeze out any excess water and add to the warm wine. Stir to fully dissolve the gelatin and add the rest of the wine. Pour into a measuring cup and then into glasses, or whatever dishes that you want. Chill in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours. Take the jelly out about 30 minutes before you want to serve it for a softer taste. The alcohol level does not dissipate after it's cooked, or becomes a jelly.
