FAMILY FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR CELEBRATING 250 YEARS OF AMERICA IN PA-30 MINUTE SHOW FIRED WITH IGNITE

In honor of America's 250th birthday, Father & Son Pyrotechnics set off their biggest and best show to date. This year's show consisted of 156 cakes out in the field, with nearly half being proline items. Approximately 200 mortars were fired as well. The show was divided into three firing positions (left, center and right) spaced around 25-30 feet apart. Each position consisted of two Ignite modules (one 18 cue and one 36 cue) for a total of six modules. All of the non-proline cakes were poked for use with MJG Firewire Initiators. We spent two days preparing the cakes and gluing them down to boards for added safety. On the Fourth of July it took us about 7 hours to bring all the boards out to the field and get the MJG Initiators connected to the Ignite modules. On top of that we had to cover everything with plastic as it rained during the afternoon. Luckily it cleared out just in time for the show to start around 9:45 PM. This year we purchased our fireworks from Kneppy's Fireworks in Morrisdale, PA, Kellner's Fireworks in Harrisville, PA and Wholesale Fireworks in Hubbard, Ohio. We were very impressed with the Riakeo proline items (Vengeance, Tsnumai, 130 Shot Compound and 217 shot), as well as our NOABs (Poker Run by Raccoon, Battle Cry by Raccoon and Yin Yang by Winda). Really Looks Good, Colorful Cadence, Cosmic Barrage, Botanical Blast and Daisy Diamond purchased from Wholesale Fireworks did not disappoint. The T-Sky proline items from Kneppy's (52 shot mix shape color tail and 81 shot Z to salute) were awesome as well.
