2015 Toyota Highlander limited climate control delay.

Bought this vehicle used a little over year ago with approximately 40,000 miles. Ac always worked as it should you started the vehicle and you had cool air right away. About 2 weeks ago on a family trip I noticed right after you started the vehicle you had to wait about 45 seconds to minute in order for the climate control panel to work. That was never an issue before. I started my research online before going to dealer or a mechanic and didn't find a lot of info online. found one youtube video only and a lot of people asking on goodgle how to fix this problem with no a single answer. after wachting the only video on yoy tube I did a few other test and realized my Heat wasn't working either only coming from the driver side. (yes, heat was working out the passenger side) so I went ahead and check the blend door actuator on driver side wasn't moving when cycling from cold to hot as the one on the passenger side was doing its job. so I went ahead and purchased the left main blend door Actuator and that fix my problem.
