Stages Get WAY Harder Once You Start Moving...

In this episode, I’m taking USPSA/Hit Factor course training to the next level — adding movement, transitions, and stage navigation while trying more advanced courses. This session challenged me way more than static shooting. Moving between positions while staying accurate, controlled, and aware of the stage completely changed the pace of training. I’m working on: • Shooting while moving between targets • Faster entries and exits from positions • Target transitions under pressure • Maintaining accuracy while increasing speed • Building confidence navigating stages This training reminded me how much competitive shooting exposes both your strengths and weaknesses. The timer adds pressure, movement adds complexity, and every stage becomes a lesson in control and consistency. Follow along as I continue training in firearms, martial arts, and self-defense — documenting the real journey, one skill at a time.
