Hello, this is photographer Kim Yu-cheol. A while ago, I visited an antique bookstore district in Japan to browse through a variety of photobooks. Worried that there might be places in Korea where one can deeply explore diverse photobooks, I personally visited some charming independent photography bookstores across the country. I captured everything in this video, from the unique atmosphere of each store to the photobooks I found there that I really liked. I’ve also prepared a segment where we look through the photobooks I carefully selected and chat about them, so please feel free to watch. It was a shame that many bookstores were closed since I visited on a Monday, but I plan to visit even more diverse photography bookstores in the next video!
