So what actually is the Moderated Caucus?  The name might sound very academic and hectic, but it’s actually just a cool way of saying “sub-topics”. In short, Moderated Caucuses usually referred to as Mod Caucuses, are when the committee starts debating on sub-areas of the main topic.
