ROY SURYO MENANG PRAPERADILAN MEMBUAT HUBUNGAN PAK PRABOWO DG PAK JOKOWI MAKIN AKRAB TERNYATA

The South Jakarta District Court (PN) partially accepted Roy Suryo's pretrial motion regarding the search, arrest, and detention of Roy Suryo in the case of slandering the diploma of the 7th President, Joko Widodo (Jokowi). The judge declared the search, arrest, and detention invalid. The verdict was read by sole judge I Ketut Darpawan during the pretrial hearing at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (July 7, 2026). The respondent in this case is the Jakarta Metropolitan Police.
