I don't know the name of the dish, but it tastes delicious 👍 fried tempeh side dish. I coated the fried tempeh in flour to make it a little crispy and savory. The vegetables were also really good. The fairly heavy rain added to the serenity of cooking in the Dapurgosong hut. Luckily, I had a friend to help me cook until the end, so I wasn't too worried.
