1-1 ADA Battalion Change of Responsibility 2025

🐍⛩️ CHANGE OF RESPONSIBILITY ⛩️🐍 Today, we witnessed the passing of the guidon as Command Sgt. Maj. Christopher Boyles relinquished responsibility to Command Sgt. Maj. Jason Lewis as the new senior enlisted leader of 1-1 ADA (Air Defense Artillery). For the past two years, Command Sgt. Maj. Boyles has been a pillar of strength and leadership, guiding the “Snake Eyes” battalion through a whirlwind of Indo-Pacific exercises, including 🇵🇭 Balikatan, 🇦🇺 Talisman Sabre, 🇵🇼 Tenacious Archer and multiple smaller exercises throughout 🇯🇵 Japan. CSM Boyles was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for his exceptional service to the brigade. Best of luck to Command Sgt. Maj. Boyles in his future assignment!
