Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar tells Al Arabiya in an exclusive interview that Israeli attacks on Lebanon nearly derailed efforts to bring the United States and Iran back to the negotiating table.   Dar said technical talks held in Switzerland marked the second phase of a recently announced US-Iran Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
