Koken met Rik de Jonge: wilde eend met snijbonenpuree
Last week, Rik and several of Madeleine's regulars participated in the annual paella competition in Barcelona. They came in second. A great result, possibly achieved by replacing the chicken in the paella with duck. Today in Madeleine's kitchen, it's wild duck with French bean puree.
